City of Detroit Employee Art Show. The National Arts Program and the City of Detroit offered city employees and their families an opportunity to display their artwork at the annual exhibit.
In more than 450 large and small cities, this was a yearly exhibit and awards program.
The artwork was judged by age, category and experience level.
Entrant Rita Rue won Second place in the Intermediate Category for her entry, “Charlie’s Passion.”
